Today let’s discuss how small dietary changes can help in boosting your metabolism.

 


1. Eat 3 main meals and 2 mid meal during the day.

2. Try to maintain approximately the same meal timings daily.

3. Consume energy rich food in the first half of the day.

4. Every time you eat a meal, have 1/4 of protein and 2/4 should be your veggies.

5. Try to have small fasting hours in between your meals.

6. Try to have more of fiber-rich food.

It keeps you full full longer and your body has to burn more calories in order to digest it.

Stay hydrated.
It shall optimize your metabolism.
