Challenges in Intermittent fasting!


– Today lets discuss about Intermittent fasting. Intermittent fasting har kisi ke liye bana hi nahi hai. Har kisi ki lifestyle mai isko fit kar pana muskil hai.

– Secondly weight loss is not guaranteed with intermittent fasting. It completely depends on what you eat and how much you eat during your eating windows.

– After long fasting hours you tend to over eat during your eating window due to uncontrolled hunger. Aur to aur aapki food cravings bhi kafi haad take badh jati hai. Iski wajah se aap junk food, desserts, fast food….sab kha lena chahte ho kyuki aapko lagata hai ki eating window mai khane se aapka weight nahi badhega which is completely wrong.

– Moreover aapko nausea, headaches, insomnia, irritability, nutritional deficiencies and na naje kaun kaun si problems face karni padegi. Aapki social and family life bhi kafi haad tak effect hoti hai.

– And most importantly it can be dangerous for many people. It can even lead to low BP, low sugar which can even prove fatal.

– It is not recommended for kids as it can affect their growth hormones. It is not recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding mom. Still I won’t say that intermittent fasting is wrong.

– Intermittent fasting galat nahi hai….. agar sahi tarike se, doctors and dieticians ki guidance mai kiya jays to.

– So stay safe and stay active. We shall even discuss the benefits of Intermittent fasting in my next video.
